1. Introduction
Welcome to PackersMart. PackersMart is operated by Coders Technologies. In this policy, “we”, “our” and “us” mean that operator.
PackersMart is an online platform that helps individuals and businesses connect with moving and relocation service providers, including packers and movers, home and office relocation companies, vehicle transport providers, packing services, and storage and warehousing providers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, register as a service provider, or communicate with us.
By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, we will request it separately and clearly.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal and Contact Information
When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we may collect:
- Full name; mobile number and WhatsApp number; email address, if provided.
- Pickup and destination locations, including exact addresses where provided; preferred moving or service date; and type of service requested.
- Home or office size and relevant relocation details; vehicle details when requesting vehicle transportation; items to be packed, stored, or transported and requested storage duration.
- Other information you voluntarily provide in connection with your enquiry. Please provide only information necessary for your requested service.
2.2 Verification Information
We may send a verification code through WhatsApp or another supported verification channel to confirm that you have access to the mobile number supplied. We may also send an enquiry confirmation by WhatsApp message or automated telephone call. We do not request your bank account details, payment card details, or payment merely to submit a moving enquiry.
2.3 Technical Information
When you visit the website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring website, approximate location derived from technical data, and website usage information. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for functionality, security, analytics, and improving user experience, subject to applicable requirements and your preferences.
2.4 Service Provider Information
For moving companies and other service providers, we may collect business names, contact information, service locations, business credentials, verification documents, service categories, and other information necessary to evaluate and manage their participation on the Platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Verification: To send a verification code and confirm access to your mobile number.
- Enquiry confirmation: To confirm the details of your request through WhatsApp or an automated telephone call.
- Service matching: To identify relevant moving companies or service providers that serve your pickup city or requested service area.
- Enquiry sharing: To forward relevant enquiry details to selected or matched verified service providers so they can contact you and provide quotations.
- Customer support: To respond to questions, complaints, withdrawal requests, and other communications.
- Platform operation: To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its features.
- Security and fraud prevention: To detect suspicious activity, prevent misuse, and protect users and the Platform.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests, and recordkeeping obligations.
- Anonymous reporting: To display or analyse moving enquiries, service demand, or platform activity without publicly identifying the customer.
We will not use your personal information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate lawful basis.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 Sharing Enquiries With Moving Companies
When you submit a moving or relocation enquiry and provide the required consent, we may share the information necessary to respond to that enquiry with relevant verified moving companies or service providers serving your pickup city or service area.
The information shared may include your name, mobile number and, where relevant, WhatsApp number, email address if provided, pickup and destination locations including exact addresses where provided, moving date, requested service, home or office size, vehicle information, packing requirements, storage requirements, and other relevant service details.
These providers may contact you to clarify your requirements, discuss availability, and provide quotations. Once your information is shared, the receiving provider may process it under its own privacy practices and applicable legal obligations. We expect participating providers to handle customer information responsibly and only for legitimate purposes connected with the enquiry. Contact support@
4.2 Public Display of Enquiries
We may display selected enquiry details on our website to illustrate service demand or recent moving enquiries. Where we do so, we will remove or mask your name, phone number, email address, and exact street address. We will take reasonable steps to avoid publicly identifying you from displayed information. We will not intentionally publish your direct contact details as part of a public enquiry listing.
4.3 Technology and Service Providers
We may use third-party providers for website hosting, security, analytics, communications, WhatsApp messaging, OTP verification, automated calling, and technical support. These providers may process information on our behalf to perform the services we request, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights and safety of users, investigate suspected fraud, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4.5 No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. Sharing an enquiry with a relevant moving company for the purpose of providing a quotation is a service-matching activity, not a sale of your information to an unrelated data broker.
5. Consent and Communication Preferences
Where required, we will obtain your consent before collecting or using your personal information for the stated purposes. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically mean you consent to unrelated promotional communications.
You may withdraw consent for further processing by contacting support@
If you withdraw consent, we will stop the relevant consent-based processing and further contact under our control, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Information already shared with a moving company may need to be addressed separately with that provider. We will take reasonable steps to communicate your withdrawal request to relevant recipients where required and practicable.
Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain necessary records, or protect against fraud. We will explain any applicable retention limitation when responding to a deletion request.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the requested service, handling customer support, maintaining required records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@
Information that has already been lawfully shared with independent service providers may also need to be deleted by those providers. We will take reasonable steps to address such requests where applicable.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no website, messaging service, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through enquiry forms or ordinary messaging channels.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will take appropriate steps as required by applicable law.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain essential website functions, improve website performance and usability, understand visitor behaviour and traffic, detect technical errors and suspicious activity, and measure the effectiveness of website features.

9. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request information about personal data we process; request correction or updating of inaccurate information; request deletion of personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; raise a grievance or privacy complaint; and exercise any other rights available under applicable law.
To exercise these rights, email support@
